Run Coaching
about sarah
Sarah is a RRCA and USATF Level One Certified Running coach and brings to the table over 20 years of running experience. For most of her athletic career she was self-coached, taking her half marathon time from 1:55 to 1:30 and her marathon time from 4:11 to 3:25. Eager to help others reach their running goals, Sarah customizes running and strength training to the unique needs of each of her clients.
One on one coaching
Fully customized training, one-on-one coaching with Sarah provides athletes with structure, directions and support. Sarah takes a holistic approach to training as she considers all the demands on an athlete outside of training. Constant communication, feedback and modification are the hallmarks of one-on-one training as Sarah ensures support of each of her athletes. One-on-one athletes are also able to schedule check-in and pre-race phone calls with Sarah for even more personalized coaching.
